Narrative:

A number of MANPAD systems originating from the UK and US have fallen into the hands of arms dealing criminals who are intending to supply these advanced weapons systems to a terrorist group who plan to use them to attack civilian targets in the West.

This falls under the scope of Task Force operations tackling terrorist groups at grass level in various Middle Eastern conflict zones. TF are currently conducting operations to shut down IED factories, locate and detain HVT's and disrupt the supply of arms to terrorist groups.
